Terrance Osborne Biography

Terrance Osborne was born and raised in Batesville, Arkansas. He was an All-State basketball player at Batesville High School. Terrance ran track and cross country, and was an All-State athlete in those sports as well. Terrance was a 1999 Honor Graduate and the 1999 Class Favorite.

Terrance went on to attend the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB) on a half scholarship for basketball and cross country. After college, Terrance opened his own business, called The New Look Car Wash.

Terrance later sold the car wash and opened his own construction business called The Real Deal of Batesville, LLC. After being successful in the constructions business, Terrance opened a second business called The Real Deal Dumpster Rentals. Both businesses are running well and Terrance has opened an office at 1257 North Central Ave. in Batesville, Arkansas, which also serves as a home base for his construction equipment and 15 yard, 16 yard and 20 yard dumpsters.

Terrance advertises his business in several different ways, including, but not limited to, billboards, web sites, QR code cards, t-shirts, ink pens, TV commercials, business expos, pole signs, yard signs, truck logos and more. Terrance Osborne is widely considered to be The Real Deal!
